CenturyLink Field – Seattle, Washington
Solo Game #1 (thankfully there are not too many games I attend alone)
Pregame Thoughts
Prediction: Seahawks win by 7

Final Score: Falcons 34, Seahawks 31
My Record: 12-9
The Seahawks nearly came back, but credit to the Falcons on their win and my loss.

The Stadium
Overall Rating: B+
Overall the stadium was pretty nice. Location was great and easy to walk to, there really isn’t a bad seat in the place, the concessions have a lot of local food and the best part is the atmosphere of having the “12th man”.
The 12th man is very symbolic in Seattle and one fan always gets to raise the flag. At this game it was a 95 year old military veteran that was incredible. Also a father and son (both military veterans) sung the National Anthem together and the Seahawks gave them tickets to the Super Bowl!
One BIG setback is getting in and out of the upper deck sections. It is cool that the middle section goes up to about 50 rows, but it takes forever to exit. They need to have additional stairs or escalators that would help this process. It was also a little issue getting up and I was there plenty early.
